How It WorkS

#01: Book Online

Reserve your room directly through our Cloudbeds-powered booking system. Choose your dates, select your room type, and confirm — instant reservation, no phone calls, no back-and-forth. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

#02: Receive Your Access Code

Before your arrival date, we'll automatically send your unique, time-limited door code directly to your email. No key pickup. No coordinating with staff. The code is yours and yours alone — it activates at check-in time and expires at checkout.

#03: Walk Right In

Arrive at 229 West Mulberry Street. Park free in our lot. Enter your code on the keypad. The original 1905 door opens. That's it — you're checked in. No lobby, no paperwork, no waiting. Your room is exactly as you expect: clean, ready, and private.

#04: Check Out on Your Schedule

Checkout is just as frictionless. By 11:00 AM, simply leave. No front desk to visit, no keys to return, no forms to sign. Your code deactivates automatically. We'll handle the rest — and we hope to see you again on your next trip to Fort Collins.

Your code activates at 4:00 PM on your arrival date. Early check-in may be available upon request — contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Your code expires at 11:00 AM on your departure date. Just lock up and go — no desk visit, no key drop. Late checkout subject to availability.
